I’m finding it hard to believe that Christmas is almost here again. It seems like only yesterday that I packing up the decorations and thinking to myself “well, I won’t need those for a while” – but it’s that time again.
Actually Christmas means the in-laws arrive on the doorstep, and I lose my office space for about 10 days – maybe less if we don’t all manage to get along as well as we can. So I won’t be in a position to update this blog for a couple of weeks after tomorrow.

This is the time of the year when people start looking back and reflecting on what was, what should have been and what definitely wasn’t. At the same time, it’s almost impossible to do that without looking forward and thinking about what could be, what won’t happen and what might occur. I’ve done this and I’ve come up with a few of what I’m going to call – my “Wo0dashoodacoodawilla” list for 2009-2010.
I wish I had seen the signs in January ’09 and taken steps to protect myself and my family from the fallout of the bankruptcy the company I was working for underwent. It would have made paying the bills easier.

With every day that passes, Christmas becomes more and more prominent in a lot of people’s lives. The kids are counting the sleeps until St. Nick visits and the folks are dreading the bills that will inevitably land on their desks in the New Year.
But what if you could approach the holidays with a huge smile on your face, knowing that the bills you receive in January will all be easily covered? Wouldn’t that make for the best Christmas season ever? I bet it would and I know exactly how you can make that happen next year.
